• Finishing Methods

  Lasering

  The lasering is colorless and is burned into the material as a relief with a laser. For this purpose, we use special laser software as well as a laser machine manufactured for this purpose with the highest quality.

  Preview of your laser finishing: Your personalised laser enhancement is displayed as a preview in the configurator. As soon as you change the font, the preview also changes to the selected font. As soon as you upload an image, it will also be displayed in the preview. So you can see how it will look in the end. Please bear in mind that the preview can only be an approximation of reality. The final result may vary depending on the piece of jewelry.

  Size and placement of laser finishing: In order to guarantee an optimal result and a coherent and harmonious appearance, our jewelry designers may adjust the size of the font or images to the respective piece of jewelry.

  Language Customization: If you want Chinese, Arabic or Russian texts, we don't have a suitable font in the system. However, image files with these fonts can be uploaded. In any case, you can also contact us, and our design team will support you in the implementation of your individual piece of jewelry.

  CONTACT

  Horizontal & Vertical: If there is a choice for your piece of jewelry, horizontal laser engravings are lasered from left to right. Vertical laser engravings are always lasered from the bottom up.

  Returns: Please keep in mind that engraved jewelry is exempt from exchanges and returns and therefore cannot be returned!

  Do you have any special design requests?
  If you have a special lasering request, please feel free to contact us by e-mail! Just send us your ideas in the form of a drawing. Our design team will look at how we can make this happen. Different shapes and elements for refinement and much more are possible 😊.

• Shipment

  Delivery Time / Delivery:

  The delivery time is a total of 5 to 14 working days to Germany & Austria. In addition, we offer optional express shipping via UPS within 2-3 working days.

  You can find all the details about our shipping policy here.

  After you have submitted your order. Check with our design team to see if it can be implemented in this way. Then it goes into production, your piece of jewelry is engraved and then prepared for shipping.

  After a final quality check, we will hand over your parcel to Swiss Post for insured and reliable shipping. Here you will of course receive a tracking number from us for shipment tracking.

  We will inform you about each step of the process by email. This way, you can always track where your order is at any given time.

  Material & Care

  Our jewelry is made of different materials. Stainless steel, brass, bronze, silver or gold. Some jewelry also features silver and gold plating.

  Every material we use is a durable material. All of them are perfect for jewelry with a laser engraving. In this way, we ensure as much as possible that your lasered piece of jewelry lasts as long as possible.

  With the enclosed jewelry cleaning cloth you can take optimal care of your piece of jewelry. (Cleaning cloths are only supplied in the "gift packaging" option)
