Vecieri GmbH Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions.

By participating in the Brand Ambassador Program, ambassadors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility: The Brand Ambassador Program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
   · Must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
   · Must have an active and engaged presence on social media platforms.
   · Must agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
2. Application and Acceptance: Prospective ambassadors may apply to the Program by completing the application form as outlined by Vecieri GmbH (“Vecieri”). Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of Vecieri.
3. Ambassador Duties: Ambassadors agree to the following responsibilities:
   · Promote Vecieri’s products in a positive and authentic manner on their social media channels.
   · Create high-quality content featuring Vecieri’s products.
   · Use provided referral links or discount codes as instructed by Vecieri.
   · Represent Vecieri’s brand values and image in a professional manner.
   · The specific expectations and deliverables will be outlined in the individual ambassador contract.
4. Compensation: Ambassadors may be eligible to receive compensation in the form of commission on sales generated through their referral links or discount codes. The specific terms of compensation will be outlined in the individual ambassador contract.
5. Intellectual Property: Ambassadors grant Vecieri the right to use their name, image and content created for promotional purposes related to this Brand Ambassador Program.
6. Confidentiality: Ambassadors agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed to them by Vecieri during the course of their participation in the Program.
7. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate an ambassador’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions or failure to meet performance expectations.
8. E-Mail Marketing: By participating in the Brand Ambassador Program, ambassadors consent to receive email communications from the Company, including newsletters, promotional offers, and updates about the Program and Company’s products. Ambassadors may opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or by contacting the Company directly.
9. Data Privacy: Vecieri is committed to protecting the privacy and security of ambassadors’ personal information. Ambassadors consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Brand Ambassador Program and facilitating communication with ambassadors. Vecieri will handle ambassadors’ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable to ambassadors for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with the Brand Ambassador Program.
11. Indemnification: Ambassadors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or in connection with (a) ambassadors’ participation in the Brand Ambassador Program, (b) ambassadors’ breach of these Terms & Conditions, (c) ambassadors’ violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or (d) any third-party claims arising from ambassadors’ actions or content.
12. Modification of Terms: Vecieri reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
